Concur connection
Please be sure to set up the Concur connection in advance.
Even if you set up the linkage after boarding, the boarding before setting up the linkage cannot be linked at a later date. In such cases, please use S.RIDE's electronic receipts for reimbursement.
Overview
By performing the Concur linkage in advance, the e-Receipt will be automatically linked to Concur as an e-Receipt upon completion of the online payment with the credit card that has been set up.
The e-Receipt contains the following information. Please contact your company's accounting department for the rules of expense reimbursement.
the name of the taxi company (the prefix "S.RIDE/" will always be added, e.g. S.RIDE/◯◯Taxi Co.)
address and contact information of the taxi company
Place of pick-up and drop-off, and time of pick-up and drop-off
Items to be paid for and amount to be paiditem(s) to be paid for, amount to be paid (including consumption tax rate and amount of consumption tax)
International brand of credit card to be used for payment and last 4 digits of credit card number of credit card to be used for payment
Date and time of payment
Invoice number
S.RIDE order number (e.g., 20231215M00012345678)
How to pre-set the settings
Start S.RIDE application and press "Menu
Press "Settings".
(If you have not registered your e-mail address and password in S.RIDE yet) Press "Edit" of login information to register your account.
after registering your email address in S.RIDE application, please access your SAP Concur, search for "S.RIDE" from App Center, and connect to your SAP Concur. When you connect to S.RIDE, you will need the email address and password you registered for S.RIDE. (The connection is complete when S.RIDE is already connected in the App Center. 5.)
After 4, start S.RIDE app again and press "Menu" > "Settings" > "Service Linkage".
Press "SAP Concur".
Select the payment method you want to link to SAP Concur and turn it on.
Preparation is now complete.
When you actually place an order, please set the credit card you have set in the payment method field on the order screen, and the Concur icon will be displayed in addition to the international credit card brand. If you do not see the Concur icon, your credit card is not set correctly, so please try again.
