If the credit card registration fails, the following message will appear. Please press the "✕" button in the upper left corner and try again.

If any of the reasons below apply, registration may be temporarily restricted for security reasons, so please wait a while and try again.

The following are possible reasons why you may not be able to register your credit card in the S.RIDE application.

Cause of EMV 3-D Secure Relationship
You are trying to register a credit/debit/prepaid card that does not support EMV 3-D Secure.
EMV 3-D Secure has not been set up (please contact your credit card company for instructions on how to set this up)
EMV 3-D Secure has failed.

Trying to register consecutively
Multiple registration failures in a short period of time.
Trying to register multiple credit cards in a row in a short period of time.

Other possible reasons
S.RIDE app is not the latest version.
You have entered the wrong card number.
You have entered the wrong expiration date.
You have entered the wrong security code (CVV).
Registration is NG at the discretion of your credit card company (please contact your credit card company).
