How Disability Discounts are Applied
If you wish to apply for a disability discount, please present your disability ID to the driver when you board the taxi.
Whether or not the disability discount is applied by presenting your Mililo ID depends on each region and each cab company. Please check the Mirailo ID website for details.
Discounts for the disabled
Ride fare: Discount rates set by each cab company apply.
Pick-up fare: The discount for the disabled is not applied. Fees set by each company will apply.
Toll road tolls: The applicability of discounts for the disabled vary depending on the cab company. Please contact the cab company directly.
Disability discounts do not apply to S.RIDE reservation service fees.
The pick-up discount offered by Green Cab Co., Ltd. is not applicable to taxi dispatch via the S.RIDE app.
About Mirailo ID Linkage
If you link your Mirailo ID to the S.RIDE app in advance, the driver will be notified that you are a Mirailo ID user when you order a cab. Mililo ID customers are required to present their Mililo ID smartphone screen to the driver when boarding the taxi to confirm their identity.
The service of being contacted by the crew when the S.RIDE is linked to the Mirailo ID is available only in Tokyo.
Please check the Mirailo ID website for information on the application of discounts for the disabled by presenting your Mirailo ID.
The electronic receipt will show the amount after the disability discount is applied, but it will not indicate that it is a "disability discount. If you need a receipt with the disability discount, please get a paper receipt on board.
