How do I delete my S.RIDE account?

When the account deletion is completed, user information including credit card information registered in the S.RIDE application will be deleted.

Note
Once account deletion is complete, user information cannot be restored and electronic receipts cannot be reissued.
Account deletion cannot be performed while using S.RIDE for car dispatch or payment. If you wish to delete your account, please do so after dropping off your taxi.
If you have a reservation, please cancel your reservation before deleting your account.
All coupons you have already obtained will be invalidated.
If auto-renewal of S.RIDE Premium is enabled, please stop auto-renewal beforehand.

If you have a smartphone at hand
Please follow the steps below to delete your account.
1. Launch S.RIDE
2. Press "Menu"
3. Press "Settings"
4. Press "Delete your account"
5. Press "Delete your account" on the final confirmation screen.
6. Uninstall S.RIDE application

If you have lost or otherwise do not have your smartphone at hand (if you have registered your e-mail address)
1. Install S.RIDE application on another smartphone.
2. Start S.RIDE and press "Click here if you have an account"
3. Log in with the email address and password registered on the smartphone you lost.
4. Press "Menu"
5. Press "Settings"
6. Press "Delete your account"
7. Press "Delete your account" on the final confirmation screen.
8. Uninstall S.RIDE application

If you have lost or otherwise do not have your smartphone at hand (if you did not register your e-mail address)
Contact us via web form. When contacting us, please provide the following information. Please note that it may take some time to complete the deletion process due to necessary investigations:
The mobile phone number registered in your S.RIDE app account
The name registered in your S.RIDE app account
To the extent you can recall, the date and route of your S.RIDE trip
