Money Forward connection
Please be sure to set up the Money Forward connection in advance.
Even if you set up the linkage after boarding, the boarding before setting up the linkage cannot be linked at a later date. In such cases, please use S.RIDE's electronic receipts for reimbursement.
How to pre-set the settings
Start S.RIDE application and press "Menu
Press "Settings".
(If you have not registered your e-mail address and password in S.RIDE yet) Press "Edit" of login information to register your account.
Press "Settings" > "Service Linkage".
Press "Money Forward".
Press "Connect".
Money Forward website or app will open and a list of linked services will be displayed. Select "Add Linked Service" from the list of linked services of Money Forward, select S.RIDE, and follow the instructions on the screen.
Select the payment method you want to link to Money Forward and turn it on.
Preparation is now complete.
When you actually place an order, please set the credit card you have set in the payment method field on the order screen, and the Money Forword icon will be displayed in addition to the international credit card brand. If you do not see the Money Forword icon, your credit card is not set correctly, so please try again.
Notes on Using Money Forward Linkage
Timing of Linking to Money Forward
The linkage to MoneyForward is automatically performed every certain period of time. Usually, MoneyForward will reflect the details within 24 hours after the payment is completed (after the cab has been disembarked). You can also perform the linkage manually from MoneyForward.
Management of receipts (paper receipts)
When using MoneyForward payment data for expense reimbursement, receipts (paper receipts) received in the cab must be managed in accordance with each company's reimbursement policy.
Pickup, Reservation, Expressway, and Toll Road Fees
Items such as pickup and reservation fees are not linked to MoneyForward as a breakdown. Also, expressway and toll road usage fees are not linked to the "Expressway Fees" item in MoneyForward. The above items will not be displayed as a breakdown, and the amount will be included in the cab fare.
