The following message will appear if credit card registration fails. Please press the "✕" button in the top left corner and try again.

For security reasons, registration may be temporarily restricted if any of the following reasons apply. Please wait for a while and try again.

When you are unable to register a credit card in the S.RIDE app, the following reasons may be considered:
Possible Reasons for Registration Failure
The S.RIDE app is not the latest version
Incorrect entry of the card number
Incorrect entry of the expiration date
Incorrect entry of the security code (CVV)
Attempting to register a credit card, debit card, or prepaid card that does not support EMV 3-D Secure
Failure in EMV 3-D Secure authentication
Your card issuer has declined the registration (Please contact your card issuer for more information)
Multiple consecutive registration attempts
