Credit card registration
Credit card registration makes payment easier!
By registering your credit card in advance, you can pay smoothly when you leave the taxi.
To verify your card's validity, we may deduct 1 yen and immediately refund it when you register or use the service.
You can register up to 5 credit cards.
Credit card brands that can be registered
We accept Visa/Master/JCB/American Express/Diners Club credit cards.
Debit and prepaid cards can also be registered.
Your credit card must support the Credit card identity authentication service (EMV 3-D Secure).
ApplePay is available. (S.RIDE only accepts JCB and American Express cards that are set up for Apple Pay.)
How to register
1. Tap "Payment" in the "Menu" at the bottom of the screen
2. Press "Add a credit card"
3. Enter credit card information and press "Register"

⚠️To verify your card's validity, we may charge your card 1 yen and immediately refund it when you register or use the service.
The Credit card identity authentication service (EMV 3-D Secure) will be performed.
If you are prompted to enter a one-time password or similar, follow the necessary steps; once authentication is successful, registration will be complete. Click the "✕" button to finish.
How to use
You can use the "Call Now" and "Reservation and Airport" orders with the credit card registered as the payment method selected.
You can set your S.RIDE Premium monthly fee as payment.
Change or delete registered credit card settings
1. Launch S.RIDE
2. Press "Menu"
3. Press "Payment"
4. Press the credit card you want to change or delete
To change
You can change the display name and default payment method.
If the expiration date of the credit card has been updated, press "Delete" button and register again with the new expiration date.
In case of deletion
Press the "Delete" button to delete the credit card registration.
