About Email Registration and Account Transfer
Please register your email address and password with S.RIDE whenever possible, as registration with only a phone number does not allow for data transfer. If you change your device or uninstall (delete) the app without registering an email address and password, all your registered information, including past ride history and favorite locations, will be lost.
Similarly, in the event of a malfunction or loss of your smartphone, if you haven't registered, all your information will be lost as well.
Additionally, please note that we cannot reissue electronic receipts. Please be aware of this.
How to register
1. Launch S.RIDE
2. Press "Menu"
3. Press "Settings"
4. Press "Edit" on the right side of login information
5. Enter your email address and password and press "Update".
6. Click on the URL for authentication sent to your e-mail address.
7. The registration of your e-mail address is completed. (This completes the process.)
In the unlikely event that you have uninstalled S.RIDE without deleting your account, and you still have S.RIDE Premium registrations and future reservations, please contact here. Upon confirmation, we will suspend your usage or cancel your reservation.
