Payment methods that can issue electronic receiptsYou can issue an electronic receipt from your usage history (ride history) on the S.RIDE app. A PDF file will be sent to your designated e-mail address.

Please refer to the table below for payment methods that can issue electronic receipts.

	The receipts issued by the S.RIDE app only show the total amount, and do not display details such as pick-up fees, toll road charges, or disability discounts. If you need a detailed breakdown, please obtain a paper receipt in the vehicle.
	If you require a reissue of a paper receipt for taxi fare, please contact the respective taxi company you used.
	For receipts related to S.RIDE services, such as reservation service fees, only electronic receipts are issued. Electronic receipts for S.RIDE Premium monthly fees can also be issued through the S.RIDE app.
	When you issue an electronic receipt for the reservation service fee, an electronic receipt for the corresponding ride fare will generally be issued simultaneously (resulting in two receipts: one for the reservation service fee and one for the fare).
	S.RIDE Biz issues a consolidated invoice to the affiliated organization for taxi usage fees and other charges, so individual users do not need to settle payments themselves. Therefore, please note that electronic receipts or paper receipts cannot be provided in this case.
