Service Description
As one of the dispatch settings, you can select one or multiple companies you want to call when placing an order.
Usage Fee
You can specify companies free of charge.

Conditions for Each Order Type
For Ride (Call now):
Available in "Taxi" of vehicle categories only. (Not available in "Taxi・RH" and "LTD ED")
Company specification is not available when selecting a minivan vehicle type.
For reservation dispatch and airport flat rate:
Company specification is not available.
How to Use
Launch the S.RIDE app
Press "Taxi" within the "Ride" section
Press the vehicle icon in the lower left corner
Turn on "Company Specification" in the dispatch settings.
On the taxi company selection screen, turn on only the taxi companies you wish to ride with.
Press "Confirm Changes".
Notes
After you have made these settings, if new areas or taxi companies become available, they will be added as dispatch options. We kindly ask you to review and adjust the on/off settings according to your preferences.
Company specification is not available in Taxi・RH or LTD ED. Even if you have made this setting, the search for vehicles will be conducted among all taxi companies in these vehicle categories.
Company specification is also not available for reservation dispatches. Even if you have made this setting, the search for vehicles will be conducted among all taxi companies for reservations.
