Someone else has gone in a vehicle that I should have called for.
In the event of order cancellation at the customer's convenience in accordance with our cancellation policy, a cancellation fee will be charged.
However, as shown on this page, if someone else gets into the vehicle you called, we will not charge a cancellation fee, and we will investigate and refund the fee even if a cancellation fee is charged in the system.
If it is confirmed that other incorrect boarding fees, etc. have been incurred, the necessary measures will be implemented.
Please do the following
press "Message (may be "New Arrivals")" on the S.RIDE application
press "Cancel Order
Then submit a new dispatch request again.
If a cancellation charge has been incurred, please report it by clicking on "Cancellation Inquiry" or "Inquiry about this ride" from the relevant order in your order history.
To inquire about a ride
Press MENU.
Press "Usage History (Ride History)".
