In the event of order cancellation at the customer's convenience in accordance with our cancellation policy, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation by the customer after more than 3 minutes have elapsed after the order vehicle is confirmed
If you are not able to get in the car after 5 minutes after the car arrives and your order is cancelled

Cancellation by the customer less than 20 minutes prior to the reserved time
(e.g., if the reservation is set for 10:00 a.m. and the customer cancels the reservation after 9:45 a.m.)
If you are not able to board the bus after 5 minutes from the reserved time and your order is cancelled
How to check if a cancellation fee will be charged
If the "Cancellation Fee" item for the relevant order in your order history is 0 yen, no cancellation fee has been incurred.
If an amount is stated, the stated amount is the cancellation fee.
Method of Receiving Cancellation Fee
The debit will be made according to the payment method used for the order.
Online payment, Apple Pay, S.RIDE Biz, CAB Card mobile payment: automatic debit with the payment method specified at the time of order
In-car payment: Register your credit card in the S.RIDE app and complete the payment procedure from your transaction history.
If payment cannot be made by the above methods, settlement can be made by convenience store payment (online payment agency). However, in this case, the cancellation fee will be 580 yen (not taxable) per transaction. In addition, it takes time for the procedure and the usage restriction cancellation to be completed.
If you wish to make a payment at a convenience store (online payment collection agency), please contact us by entering the necessary information from the "Inquiry for Cancellation" page for the unpaid amount in your payment history.
Cancellation Fee Receipt
Please click the "Issue Receipt" button from your usage history (ride history). S.RIDE does not issue paper receipts.
Cancellation fees are collected directly from the customer by S.RIDE.
