Usage history
After taking a taxi with S.RIDE, you can check your usage history on the S.RIDE app.
confirmation procedure
Launce S.RIDE
press "Menu"
Press "Ride History" (Ride History)
Press the corresponding ride history.
You can check the fare type, the breakdown of the amount paid, the section of the ride, and the cab company and vehicle you rode in.
Example of online payment.
Online Payment" will appear in the "Payment Method" field. The international brand and last 4 digits of the credit card used for the payment will be displayed on the right side of the same column.
Example of using a ride discount coupon
The discount amount is displayed in the "Coupon Use" field. The coupon usage will not be printed on the paper receipt.
(A ¥1,000 coupon is applied to a fare of ¥2,500.)
If you use the reservation service (normal reservation)
The amount of the reservation service fee will be displayed in the "Service Fee" field. A receipt for the reservation service fee can be issued via Electronic Receipt.
If you use the reservation service (Airport Flat Fare).
Airport Flat Fare" will be displayed to the right of the amount in the "Fare + Pickup Fee" column.
The amount of the reservation service fee will be displayed in the "Service Fee" field. A receipt for the reservation service fee can be issued via Electronic Receipt.
