How to use the coupon


In the S.RIDE app, if your order meets the conditions, a coupon from your account will be automatically applied. You can also manually change the coupon you wish to use.

How to use the coupon
Select "Ride (Call Now)" or "Reservation dispatch / Airport"
Set your payment method to online payment
Under "Payment Method", select the coupon you wish to use
Confirm that settings ① to ③ are complete, then slide to order

Conditions for coupon application
All of the following conditions must be met in order to redeem the coupon:
Eligible Orders: The order must be placed using "Ride (Call Now)" or "Reservation dispatch".
Eligible Payment Methods: Select online payment (Credit card, Apple Pay) and complete the settlement.
Coupons cannot be applied if you use Biz payment, in-car payment, CAB Card Mobile Payment. Please also note that coupons cannot be used with S.RIDE WALLET.

Auto-application and manual changes to coupons
Auto-application (Default setting)
When you open the app or place an order, the coupon with the "closest expiration date" is prioritized and automatically applied.
The "expiration date" takes precedence over the "discount amount" of the coupon. Even if the discount amount exceeds the ride fare, no change will be given. If you wish to use a different coupon, please change it manually.
Manual change/removal
You can change to a different coupon or remove it from the "Payment Settings" on the order confirmation screen.

When it resets to Auto-application
Even if you manually change or remove a coupon, your selection will be reset and revert to the "Auto-application of the coupon with the closest expiration date" if any of the following actions occur. Please be sure to check the application status before placing your order:
Restarting the app after closing it.
Acquiring a new coupon (completing a prize exchange, successfully entering a coupon code, completing a friend referral code registration).
When the previous order is completed (ride completed, canceled, or vehicle search failed).

Coupon specifications for Reservation dispatch
The coupon application status is managed separately for "Ride (Call Now)" and "Reservation dispatch".
Regarding overlapping use of coupons
A coupon already set/applied for a future "Reservation dispatch" is considered "in use (reserved)" and cannot be used simultaneously for a "Ride (Call Now)" order.
Priority for Reservation orders
General Users: If you have both a "Reservation fee free coupon" and a "Fare discount coupon," the Reservation fee free coupon will be automatically applied with priority.
Premium Members: Since the reservation fee is already free, the "Fare discount coupon" will be automatically applied with priority.

How to check if the coupon is applicable to your order
Before ordering (At the time of dispatch request)
"Coupon applied" will be displayed on the screen before ordering.
You cannot apply or change a coupon after the order is completed. Please make sure the desired coupon is applied before requesting a dispatch.

After drop-off (History/Receipt)
You can check the discount amount in one of the following ways:
The "Coupon Use" field on the Thank You page (completion screen) at drop-off.
The relevant ride history in the S.RIDE app's "usage history".
The breakdown of the issued "electronic receipt".
The discount amount of the coupon is not printed on the "paper receipt" handed by the crew inside the vehicle. If you need a detailed receipt reflecting the discount, please use the electronic receipt.

Points to note for use
Re-ordering after a vehicle is not found (Search failed) or Canceled
If a vehicle is not found and the search ends, or if your order is canceled, the coupon you intended to use will be returned to you. However, due to system communication, a time lag may occur before the coupon is returned.
If your coupon has disappeared or is not applied, please do not re-order immediately, and check the order screen again after waiting.
Change and Carry-over
The coupon can be used regardless of the ride fare, but no change will be given. Also, the remaining balance cannot be carried over to future use.
Limit on the number of uses
Even if you have multiple coupons, only one coupon can be used per ride.
Acquiring coupons during a ride
Coupons obtained during a ride cannot be applied to the current ride. They can be used from the next ride onwards.
Cancellation after the taxi arrives at the location
The coupon may not be returned if the customer does not show up at the designated place and time for a dispatch where a coupon was applied.
Other notes
Expired coupons cannot be used.
If you uninstall the app without registering your email address, the coupon cannot be restored.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q. A coupon with a smaller amount was automatically selected even though I have a coupon with a larger amount.
A. When a coupon is automatically applied, the specification prioritizes the "closest expiration date" rather than the coupon amount. If you wish to use a coupon with a larger amount or a different coupon, please change it manually from the "Payment Settings" on the order screen.
Q. After an order was canceled (or vehicle search failed), I couldn't select the coupon when trying to order again.
A. Coupons not used due to cancellation, etc. will be returned to you, but due to system processing, it may take some time before it is returned to your account. If you cannot apply the coupon, please wait and check the order screen again. Please note that when re-ordering, the "coupon with the closest expiration date" will be automatically reset, so please re-select if necessary.
Q. I cannot use the coupon set for a "Reservation dispatch" a few days later for a "Ride (Call Now)" order.
A. A coupon already set (applied) for a "Reservation dispatch" is considered "in use" at that time and cannot be used simultaneously for other orders. If you wish to use the coupon for another order, please cancel the reservation first or use a different coupon.
Q. I changed my payment method to "Biz payment" and can no longer use the coupon.
A. We apologize, but "Biz payment" is an ineligible payment method for coupons. If you change your payment method back to an eligible one like "Credit Card", the coupon you have will be applied again.
Q. I selected a coupon before the ride, but when I acquired a new coupon, it automatically changed to a different coupon.
A. When you acquire a new coupon, the system is designed to automatically reset and apply the "coupon with the closest expiration date at that moment". We apologize for the inconvenience, but please check again that your desired coupon is selected just before requesting a dispatch.
