降雪、強い降雨（もしくは豪雨）などの荒天時・交通規制時による渋滞や注文集中の場合、お迎えにあがるまで時間がかかる場合があります。S.RIDEアプリにてご注文の際は、お時間に余裕をもってご利用いただけますと幸いです。
アプリ上の到着予定時刻より車両の到着が遅れる場合があります。
予約日時までにお迎えに上がれない場合があります。
