Change Reservation/Cancel Reservation

You may change the time or cancel your reservation as many times as you like up to 20 minutes prior to the date and time you have already ordered.

Note
If the number of available reservations at the time you wish to change is exceeded, we may not be able to accept your reservation.
The deadline for reservations is approximately 20 minutes prior to the desired date and time. If the time you want to change is past the deadline, the reservation cannot be accepted.


How can I check if my reservation has been made?
S.RIDE reservation service accepts only one reservation. (Multiple reservations are not supported.)

If you have made a reservation
When you start S.RIDE application and click "Reservation/Airport", the reservation date and time and "Order Accepted" will be displayed.

If you have not made a reservation
When you start S.RIDE application and click "Reservation/Airport", if the reservation receipt screen looks like the one below, the reservation has not been accepted.

Please refer to this page and complete the reservation operation again.

I want to change the time of my reservation.
Please cancel the current reservation and place another reservation order.

Launch S.RIDE application
Press "Reservation/Airport
Press "Message" (or "New Arrivals")
Press "Cancel Order

You will be ready to make a new reservation, so make another reservation at the time you want to change.

I want to cancel my reservation.
Launch S.RIDE application
Press "Reservation/Airport"
Press "Message" (or "New Arrivals")
Press "Cancel Order"
