What is S.RIDE Premium
S.RIDE Premium is a flat-rate service that allows you to receive various benefits by paying a fixed amount every month.
S.RIDE Premium can receive the latest benefits by updating the app version to the latest version. Please update the S.RIDE app from here before using.

We will offer the following benefits:
For call now
You can use Premium Search (Fares and pick-up fees will be charged each time.)
You can use Wagon type taxi dispatch (Fares and pick-up fees will be charged each time.)
For Reservation
The service usage fee for reserved vehicle dispatch will be free as many times as you like (the pick-up fee and fare for reserved vehicle dispatch will be charged separately each time).
You can select the car type at the time of reservation shipping (if there are few cars in the vicinity, it may not be arranged as desired)
Ride points given when getting off an immediate or reserved vehicle will be doubled to 2 points (usually 1 point).
More convenient use of spot functions.
If you pay with S.RIDE Wallet, you will receive 1 Ride Point when you get off (usually 0 points).

About the service usage period
It will be one month after the registration of S.RIDE Premium is completed. After that, it will be automatically renewed and the usage period will be extended by one month.

When can I use it after joining?
You can use the service immediately after completing the registration procedure.

Can I cancel at any time?
Cancellation is not possible during the service usage period (one month after the registration procedure). If you want to stop the automatic update, please stop the automatic update by this procedure.

About automatic service update
The automatic renewal date will be the same day one month after the application date. If you do not automatically renew by the day before the renewal date, the service period will be automatically extended. Payment for automatic renewal will be automatically made by the payment method specified by the customer on the renewal date.

About free trial
If you are using S.RIDE Premium for the first time, you can experience the service benefits for free for one month as a free trial. If you try it for free for one month and are satisfied with the service content, you can continue S.RIDE Premium without any procedure.
You can try the free trial only once for each customer. Once you experience it, you cannot experience it again.Once the free trial starts, it cannot be stopped halfway. You will continue to use it for one month.

About payment method
You can pay for S.RIDE Premium with the credit card registered in the S.RIDE app. (We also accept payment by Cab Pay. Apple Pay cannot be used.)

About the date when payment is made (renewal date)
You can receive the benefits of the service for one month (until the day before the next renewal date) from the date you started S.RIDE Premium. After that, unless you take the procedure to stop the automatic renewal, payment will be made every month and the period for receiving the benefits of the service will be automatically extended by one month.
Payment will be made from the credit card registered by the customer on the day (renewal date) when S.RIDE Premium is paid. (However, if you start the free trial, payment will not occur. Payment will be made after the next month.) After that, payment will be made on the same day of the following month. Basically, it will be settled on the same day of every month, but if the same day does not exist in the next month, it will be settled at the end of the month.

Update date example
If it started on March 31, the subsequent update dates will be April 30, May 31, June 30, July 31, August 31, September 30, October 31. It will be November 30, December 31, January 31, and February 28 (29th in the case of leap years).
If it starts on January 30, payment will be made on the 30th of every month. (However, it will be settled on the 28th in February. In the case of a leap year, it will be on the 29th)

If you are using S.RIDE Premium for the first time, you can experience the service benefits for free for one month as a free trial. In this case, no payment will be made on the day you start S.RIDE Premium.

How to start the service
The method for starting the service is as follows. (I will put a figure later) To use S.RIDE Premium, you need to register your e-mail address in the S.RIDE app in advance.

1. Press "menu"
2. Press "S.RIDE Premium"
3. Press "Proceed to application"
4. Press "Start S.RIDE Premium" or "Resume S.RIDE Premium"

How to register your email address

1. Press "menu".
2. Press "Settings" in the upper right
3. Enter your email address and password and press the register button
4. An authentication URL will be sent to the email address you entered, so click it.
5. Email address registration is complete.

How to check if you can receive the benefits of S.RIDE Premium
If the following message is displayed, you are in a state where you can receive the benefits of S.RIDE Premium.

A crown mark is displayed to the right of the user's surname at the top of the menu
Menu → S.RIDE Premium → "In use (with crown mark)" is displayed at the top of the screen

How to check the next update date (the date when the next payment will be made)
You can check the next renewal date (the date when the next payment will be made) by following the procedure below after the service starts.

1. Press "menu"
2. Press "S.RIDE Premium - Service info"
3. The date written on the right side of "Next update date" at the bottom of this screen will be the date when the next payment will be made.

How to stop the service
The method of stopping the service is as follows.
If the automatic renewal is stopped by 23:59 on the day before the next renewal date, the next payment will not be made.

(Example) If the description of the next update date on the S.RIDE app is October 30, if you perform the procedure to stop the automatic update by 23:59 on October 29, the next payment will be made. not.

4. Press "Disable auto-renewal" at the bottom of the screen
5. Do you want to stop the automatic update? Is displayed, press "Stop".

How to check payment history
You can view the details of your payment with S.RIDE Premium by following the steps below. You can also issue a receipt. (In addition, we do not issue paper receipts, so please do so by yourself according to the following procedure in the app.)

1. Press menu
2. Press "Usage History"
3. Press "S.RIDE Premium" on the screen
4. Press the date of the applicable payment date
5. To issue a receipt, press "Issue a receipt"

About change of payment method
If you would like to change your credit card for payment, please follow the steps below. Please stop the automatic renewal once and start the application procedure.

1. Press "menu"
2. Press "S.RIDE Premium - Service info"
3. Press "Subscription plan"
4. Press "Disable auto-renewal" at the bottom of the screen
5. Do you want to stop the automatic update? Is displayed, press "Stop".
6. Press "Enable auto-renewal" at the bottom of the screen
7. Press "Payment method" in the center of the screen
8. Register another credit card or select a credit card that is already registered
9. Press "Restart S.RIDE Premium"

Procedures when withdrawal from credit card fails
If the credit card used for payment has expired or cannot be withdrawn for some reason, automatic renewal will be suspended. If the automatic renewal is stopped and the renewal date has passed, you will not be able to receive the benefits of S.RIDE Premium, so please check your credit card and follow the procedure below to start again.

3. Press "Subscription plan" at the bottom of the screen
4. Press "Payment method" in the center of the screen
5. Register another valid credit card or select a valid credit card that is already registered
6. Press "Start S.RIDE Premium"

What are the benefits I receive if I don't get automatic renewals?
If you use regular S.RIDE Premium, you will be able to receive benefits for one month after confirming that the payment from the registered credit card has been completed normally. However, in the following cases, the period for receiving the benefits will not be extended and you will not be able to receive the benefits.

When the customer stops the automatic update by himself / herself
When payment is not made due to the expiration date of the credit card and automatic renewal cannot be performed, automatic renewal is automatically stopped and the customer does not immediately restart S.RIDE Premium manually.

The date and time of the judgment that is the standard for receiving benefits differs for each benefit.
<Regarding the privilege of using premium search with "Call Now">

If you select "Call now" and it is within the period when you can receive S.RIDE Premium benefits, you can use Premium Search.

<About the benefit that the service usage fee for reserved vehicle dispatch will be 0 yen>

If the order time for reserved vehicle dispatch (not the scheduled boarding time) is within the period during which you can receive the benefits of S.RIDE Premium, it will be 0 yen.
If the order time for the reserved vehicle (not the scheduled boarding time) has expired (the automatic renewal of S.RIDE Premium has stopped), the benefits will be available. If the period of receipt is not renewed), the service usage fee will not be 0 yen and will be charged for each order.

You can specify the vehicle type as long as the order time for reserved vehicle dispatch (not the scheduled boarding time) is within the period during which you can receive the benefits of S.RIDE Premium.
If the order time for the reserved vehicle (not the scheduled boarding time) has expired (the automatic renewal of S.RIDE Premium has stopped), the benefits will be available. If the period you can receive is not renewed), you cannot specify the vehicle type.

<About the benefits of doubling the ride points>

Ride points will be doubled if the time when you get on the taxi dispatched by the S.RIDE app and get off is within the period when you can receive the benefits of S.RIDE Premium.
If the time when you get on the taxi dispatched by the S.RIDE app and get off the taxi has passed the period during which you can receive the benefits of S.RIDE Premium (automatic renewal of S.RIDE Premium has stopped, and you will receive the benefits.
