S.RIDE Point
S.RIDE points are awarded in response to app dispatches, etc., and accumulated points can be exchanged for discount coupons and other items.
Advance preparation for earning points
To earn S.RIDE points, you must register your e-mail address and password.
How to earn points
Points will be awarded for Ride (Call Now), Reservation dispatch, Airport flat rate, and completion of a ride.

Expiration date of points
The expiration date for S.RIDE points is 180 days after the last point acquisition at 23:59. Each time you earn points, the expiration date for all your points is extended to 180 days after the most recent award date at 23:59. If the expiration date passes, all unused points will expire.
Where to exchange points
You can exchange your accumulated points for fare discount coupons. We plan to offer prizes other than fare discount coupons in the future. For details, please check the "Points" tab of the S.RIDE application.

select the prize you want to redeem rather than using points

No points will be awarded if your order is cancelled.
The point table for S.RIDE Premium users will be applied if the user is currently enrolled at the time of drop-off. If you are not a member or have cancelled your membership at the time of drop-off, you will be awarded points based on the point table for regular members.
Reservation dispatch and Airport flat rate for app dispatch refers to the use of reserved dispatch or airport flat-rate service on the S.RIDE app.
Points cannot be merged even if you have multiple user accounts.
If you delete your S.RIDE account (cancel your membership), your points will immediately expire and cannot be restored.
S.RIDEpoint reserves the right to change or terminate the rules, prizes for redemption, and conditions for the awarding of points without prior notice for management reasons or other reasons. However, users will be notified in advance when the program is suspended or terminated, except in unavoidable cases such as emergencies.
