What is Online Payment?
This is a seamless payment method that allows you to set up your registered credit card or business account (S.RIDE Biz) when requesting a ride through the S.RIDE app, and then pay upon exiting the vehicle.
Payment options after boarding the vehicle include S.RIDE WALLET and QR code payment (rear-seat tablet).

You can pay smoothly without having to take out your wallet once you arrive at your destination.
Select the card you registered when placing your order → The driver will process the payment upon arrival at your destination.
Payment methods accepted for Online Payment
Credit cards (various card brands)
To use this service, you must have a Credit card identity authentication service (EMV 3-D Secure) enabled.

Apple Pay
It will appear automatically once you add your JCB or American Express card to Apple Pay.

Please make sure that the desired credit card/business account is selected as the payment method before placing your order.

How to check your online payment history

Note
Please wait in the car until the driver has completed the payment.
If you are unable to pay online for any reason, please use an alternative payment method on board.
Once you have completed the online payment, you cannot change to a different payment method.
You also cannot switch from one credit card to another.
