How to use the coupon
Conditions for coupon application
Coupons obtained during a cab ride can be used from the next ride.
All of the following conditions must be met in order to redeem the coupon.
The order must be placed using the "Ride (Call Now)" or "Reservation dispatch" feature of the S.RIDE app.
Select online payment (including Apple Pay and S.RIDE Biz) as the payment method and complete the settlement using online payment (including Apple Pay and S.RIDE Biz)
The coupon must be pre-selected at the time of order (even if 1 or 2 above are satisfied, the coupon cannot be selected or applied after the order is placed)
If a cab is not found, the coupon will not be applied if you select "Search with more criteria" and then search again for a cab and then decide to pick one up. If you wish to apply the coupon, please search again using "Search by the same criteria" or click "Cancel" to change the settings for vehicle type and company designation, confirm that the coupon is applied, and then place your order again.
How to check if the coupon is applicable to your order
If coupon is applied
"Coupon" is displayed.
The coupon will be applied when you get off.
To remove the coupon application
Press payment settings.
Uncheck the applied coupons on the Payment Setup screen ("No coupon selected" will be displayed).
If you want to check if the coupon has been applied after getting off the car
You can check it in one of the following ways
The discount amount is shown in the "Use Coupon" field on the Thank You page at drop-off.
The discount amount is displayed in the "Coupon Use" column of the relevant usage history in the S.RIDE app.
An electronic receipt is issued and the discount amount is displayed in the "Coupon Use" field of the breakdown.
Points to note for use
Coupons cannot be redeemed if you have selected in-vehicle payment when placing an order for immediate vehicle dispatch, or if you are using S.RIDE WALLET. If the payment method is changed to in-vehicle payment, S.RIDE WALLET, or QR code payment after the car has been dispatched, the coupon will be canceled. The cancelled coupon remains unused and can be used next time until the expiration date.
Coupons are automatically selected at the time of dispatch from those with the closest expiration date (Note 1). In the case of a reserved dispatch, the coupon will be automatically selected from the coupons with free reservations first.
Note 1: If a credit card is registered after the coupon is granted by coupon code registration, it will be removed from the automatic selection, so please select it manually before the car is dispatched.
If you have multiple coupons, you may only use one coupon per ride.
The coupon can be used regardless of the fare for the ride as long as it is paid online (including Apple Pay and S.RIDE Biz) when the car is dispatched by S.RIDE. However, no change will be given and the coupon cannot be carried over to a future use.
If you do not wish to use the coupon, remove the check mark from the coupon applied from the payment method settings.
Coupons have an expiration date. Expired coupons cannot be used.
If you uninstall the application without registering your email address, the coupon cannot be restored.
The coupon cannot be returned if the customer does not show up at the designated place, date and time for the dispatch of a vehicle to which the coupon has been applied.
